In these calls, the caller falsely claims to be UCLA Police Chief Craig Valenzuela, or another member of the police department, and demands money from the victim to prevent officers from responding to make an arrest. Please share this information to help protect others in the UCLA community.
Action: If you have questions or concerns, contact the UCLA Police Department at (310) 825-1491 or visit ucpd.ucla.edu. Do not engage with suspicious callers demanding money.
