Bomb Threat and Suspicious Package Procedures

If a bomb threat or suspicious package is reported, immediately notify local law enforcement and the Campus Director. Evacuate if instructed and do not touch any suspicious items. Follow all campus evacuation procedures and maintain a minimum distance of 300 feet from the campus during a bomb emergency.

Severe Weather Advisory - Hurricane Season

Daytona College administration is actively monitoring weather conditions during hurricane season (June 1 - November 30). In the event of severe weather, the Emergency Alert System will be activated and all students and personnel should seek shelter in designated safe areas. Remain away from windows and follow campus instructions until an 'All Clear' message is broadcast.
